  I went in to get a small loan, I was nervous, uncomfortable because my credit is bad but I am working on it. I dealt with a woman named Angelina. She immediately made me feel at ease. She was fast, very professional, and she got me the loan. There was nothing unpleasant about the experiencd.

  Manager was very rude, they are not help full with there advice, adviced that for credit increases you have to max out loan amount and make only minimum payments. This location doesnt stand for all DLC but this one is a down right check advance scandel hiding under doller loan center name if i wasnt familiar with other locations i would be blasting on DLC right now. I will not ever consider under any circumstances returning to this location.

  Called in advance was told to bring down my paystub proof of adress and ID to location. Went down to location and was told that i needed to show them my phone bill. Nowhere on webstite or in any of the terms and conditions does it state this and i was never imformed the multiple times i called. Worker told me there was nothing he could do and i was told to leave. Worst customer service i have ever experienced

  This place is a big joke, they will take your application, your bank statement and your pay stubs, but if you give more than one address they want you to give them a bill that is stamped in the original envelope it came in (like people keep those) just to get a small loan for $100.00. Big Hassle for little money.

  Hi, my number has recently started getting texts calling me by "Jose", and I didn't get them until I went through this service and haven't had time to come by and blocked their number. These texts are giving me random links and I have only given Dollar Loan Center my number, the staff is putting peoples number on spam websites that harass you to click a link if you ignore their phone calls. Dont use this service, they will put your number on soliciting lists if you dont pay on time because they hate having to call people.

  Came in to see how much a loan would be and how much I qualified for. Jorge helped me out and after a few minutes and crunching some numbers found a few options that would work best for me.Great customer service and friendly staff all around.

  I called to ask if I can do the payment over the phone as I couldn't make it in before closing time and I got hung up on in the middle of me talking to the girl on the other end once I get this loan paid off in nvr using this location again .rude people all the time
