  Jeremy helped my wife and I buy our first home! It was an incredible experience working with him and his team. I highly encourage anyone looking for a realtor to look no further than Jeremy and Doering & Co. Jeremy helped us find options in a low supply market and took the time learn what we truly wanted in a home and helped us find exactly what we wanted. We were not sure if we wanted to buy or build, so he helped us look for lots and walked us through the building process if that was the avenue we wanted to take. There were times we grew impatient looking for the right house and he provided valuable insight which helped us stay patient to find the perfect house. Once we found the house we wanted, Jeremy fought for us in the negotiation of price and addendums. He has tremendous contacts that do great work for fair prices that he connected us with to make fixes, touch ups and upgrades in the house.   We worked with Jeremy to buy a house during the COVID pandemic. Even in this very difficult real estate market he managed to find us a house that fits our criteria.   Jeremy and his team are simply the best. I personally used Jeremy to buy a house and sell a house. Both times were a breeze and i'm so lucky to have found him. When buying he can walk thru a house and see every detail, good and bad. When selling, he knows the market and what needs to be done to get what the seller deserves. He always answers his phone and is almost always availale to meet with you when you want to go see a house whether it's near or far. Truly worth every penny

  5 Stars all the way! Jeremy coached me on what items to fix up on the house and gave me the names of his contractors to do the work at an affordable price. End result: I had a desirable home that sold the first weekend on the market, a cash offer $5000 above asking price, a closing 3 weeks after going on the market, and I doubled the money I invested in fixing the house up! Just outstanding!!

  The most important factors I use to evaluate a realtor is if they are responsive, and if they are knowledgeable. I felt William was both. I never had to worry as to whether or not I was going to get a timely response, and I had no question that he knew the market we were investing in, and could give sound advise from an investment perspective. No question, I will use William in our future endeavors.
