  I've been doing my taxes with Diversified for 4 years now and I always feel taken care of to the fullest extent. They care about their clients and make the process quick and easy. Excellent communication and very knowledgeable on all matters tax related. Thank you for the amazing service provided year after year!

  Dorothy and her staff have been the best place I have ever had my taxes done at. She is extremely personable and came highly recommended. She is always asking questions, to see if situations have changed in my lifestyle, in case I may qualify for any unknown tax credits, or if there are adjustments to be made. She also resolves any questions I may have later on in the year. Very recommended!

  I would give 0 stars if I could. I own a carpet cleaning business and had them doing my payroll and book keeping. The Florida department of revenue called me and said my quarterly sales tax report was not completed. I immediately conferenced them in to get to the bottom of this and Dorothy and Jessica says "There was no sales tax." The gentleman from the Florida Dept of Revenue politely said "They must be filed as a 0 then." Jessica replied with "Ok well, we are busy and we'll get around to it when we can." Two weeks later I get another phone call from the same gentleman stating that it still wasn't done. Once again I immediately conferenced Diversified in on the call and Jessica gives the man a major attitude stating AGAIN that "They were busy and they'll get around to it when they can." Meanwhile I incurred a hefty late penalty. This is not the type of people I want to do business with and I politely told them I would be taking my business elsewhere. They then proceeded to hold all my books and payroll info HOSTAGE until I submit a letter of termination of services. I quickly wrote the termination letter with the language they requested in the email and after they made me revise the letter THREE times because they failed to specify EXACTLY what was to be included in the letter of termination the first and second email they sent, I finally recieved my stuff. My EFTPS user name and password were missing and I specifically asked for those things so my new accountant could file my payroll quarterly's. With a major ATTITUDE they replied that they no longer had it and I was basically out of luck. I feel I had no other choice but to warn others about the incompetent and terrible service I experienced at Diversivied Taxes.

  This office has been very good for me for the last 6.5 years. Very happy with the service especially Jessica and the owner Dorothy, even though some people need some attitude adjustments. Overall for sure a 5 star rating
