  Chris and her team have been such a pleasure! Buying a home has always been a dream of mine, however I felt the odds were stacked so high against me. Before I met Chris and her team I had already been searching for loans and homes, I was discouraged often and had given up a few times because nothing seemed to be working out for me. I stumbled upon a realtor who had given me advice and extra motivation, she told me that she often works with someone who specializes in what I'm looking for. She reached out to Chris and within hours Chris and her team reached out to me. From the moment of introduction Chris and her team has been working diligently and eagerly to get my family and I into a home. My birthday came during the process and Chris sent me a Video wishing me a Happy wonderful birthday (that melted my heart) so cute! This Team loves communication, they love to be on point, on time. They are focused, dedicated and a pleasure to work with. I'd be at work taking their phone calls, answering their texts and emails. This is my very first home purchase, so I researched a lot of valuable information that I felt would help throughout the process but truly none of that really mattered because Chris was in my email/ text messages already with her own gatherings, sending me pamphlets and things to read and go over for insight to help ease whatever may arise along the way. Chris and her team seriously eased the load for me, they took on most of the responsibilities that were required from start to finish, in my opinion this was a very smooth process, we had very little bumps in the road but when they did come around, they were smoothed out like an iron on a wrinkle.. Today, because of their dedication and experience, My Realtor and (along with my dedication and willingness to let them be great) Teamwork made the Dream work and now, I'm a proud Homeowner. I hope for you Chris and your team much success and many many many new customers so that their experience may be just as pleasant.   Chris and team are amazing. On the ball with their communication and they get the job done quickly. They contacted me from the very beginning all throughout the closing and even followed up after the transaction closed. Overall great company!

  Chris and her team are awesome!! They care about their clients and are wonderful with communication and with keeping everyone informed of what is going on with a transaction from the mortgage broker standpoint and with the lender. I would recommend her and her team to anyone!!

  This team is amazing!! I am a insurance agent and we have been working together for several years helping clients either buying homes or refinancing.   My son just purchased his first home at 22 years old. With the help of Chris, Jen and Heather (they are who we personally worked with) the experience went great. His bank told him he would have to go with a 1st time buyer loan and Chris was able to help him get into a conventional loan. Much better option for him! Thank you Suarez Home & Finance for your expertise, you were a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend them. Its worth a phone call!
