      If your posted Saturday hours are 9 to 5, then I shouldn't walk up at 4:50 to a locked door. I am a regular customer for over a year and refer countless people to you. Open til 5 doesn't always mean you get to be in your car at 5:01 and if you are grown enough to have the job, you should be grown enough to understand that.
