  The Owner Andrew Andy Kramer is very rude, demanding, unprofessional, impatient, and not well prepared and unaware of how to conduct business with a professional agent. I will never recommend anyone to any business related to Andrew Andy Kramer. He is a horrible business owner, mean and miserable. 1st hand experience. I was an observer. This business doesn't deserve the 1 star.

  The one guy with the glasses is horrible and has no clue what he is doing . Both checks I took up there cleared in my bank but he claims they were fraudulent?😂😂 The place itself is fine . That one guy needs training . Never going back here .

  They are very nice people and never turned me away cashed checks for me since the late 1990's. But 3% is a bit high and I can't really afford to pay $20 to cash $600 payroll check. I guess you have to pay for convenience.

  Me nor my company Bryant Tree Service will be using this company again they are incredibly slow and the older staff are very rude and condescending

  I've used this place several times over the years for larger checks that my crappy banking company wouldn't accept. The staff is always courteous and professional. It has never taken any longer than 10-15 minutes tops. As for the dumbo telling people to go to Wal-Mart he must not have gone to Wal-Mart and cashed a large check recently because this time of year there is almost always a line of people halfway out to the door. I would guess that the folks leaving all these 1 star reviews went into this place with a poor attitude and got it back. Love these guys!

  Awsome place!!! I was turned down at bank of America ( where the check was from) becouse they wouldn't except my paper id that DMV give when you get a new id. KROGER also refused , but i had absolutely no problem cashing my 1600$ payroll check here @6:30 pm. Thank you Discount check casher!!!

  Not cheap at all! This place is a complete rip off! Save your money and go to Wal-Mart or Kroger. They wanna charge you 10% no matter the check total. Tried to cash a high check and they wanted to charge $475!!!!! I didn't want to wait for the hold at my bank but I definitely do NOT want to pay $475! Wal-Mart charges $6 flat fee. Highly recommend not to waste your time here. Workers are rude and have poor customer service. Don't respect new customers.

  I have been coming here for years then yesterday I accidentally gave the cashier an extra 100.00 dollars and she was very rude to be the manager. Told me to wait until 7pm when they close to count the register.. And I never received a call back i have been calling all morning and nobody has answered yet

  very unprofessional service due to the fact that a transaction that should have taken 5 minutes but took 25 minutes because the person helping us decided to stop halfway through to help other people behind in line because she knew them. This place will no longer get my or my recommendations.

  Would not tell me the rate for check cashing until they had authorized my checks for payment. Charged 3% for payroll checks. Highest I've ever seen for this service. Not discount at all.
