      My husband and I’s credit union is in Columbus, so we use Directions C.U. shared branching. They are always wonderful, warm and welcoming!

      The on line banking has been down for more than a week due to a upgrade. It seems to me more like they ad a data breach and were covering it up. Do not bank here, it is a total mess.

      I have to agree with the other reviews, the woman in the office to the left is extremely rude! I can’t believe they just let her stay there and treat customers as she treats them! Zero customer service ability. She acts as if you are a bother to her. Everyone else is extremely friendly and helpful - it’s sad that I had to leave such a negative review because of her.

      I've been a member of this credit union since I've been 16 . I am now 62 . Have always had great , friendly service . I have had several lones over the years with better interest rates than any other financial institution . I am glad to be a member here .

      Bank tellers were very pleasant but the lady in the first office to the left was terrible! Very poor people skills. Find a different credit union/bank!

      Awful, I've had nothing but bad experiences. I have tried contacting corporate and never received any response. I had fraudulent charges happen in Arizona, California and New York on the same day and they were not helpful at all. I ended up paying for one of those charges before I closed my account but at this point I don't care. I'm just glad to be rid of them.
