jennifer brown1Cost me A TON in fees at my other bank because Carol here, doesn't know her job. Told me flat out WRONG info then after that, her answer was "I don't know" to every question. Not ok. They will be losing me as a member.

89Jacquelyn1Spoke with what I assume was a new teller, Maybe even a manager. I was extremely put off by the conversation right from the beginning. The tone of voice and passive aggressive comments aren’t something I have ever dealt with at my current bank, Huntington. I have to use this bank for my lease. I was behind on 2 payments that I was in contact with an employee that is no longer there. When speaking to this other employee, she made me feel so small and completely changed the good mood I was in. You really don’t know who’s day you make or break. Always be kind. I will spare the employees name in hopes that this is seen and maybe she will be a little kinder to the next person struggling.

Megan Wood1I’ve been coming to this branch monthly for four years and TODAY they told me they couldn’t complete my transaction because my ID number wasn’t on file to be properly identified (as i presented all the same items i always do). I mentioned that I’d been coming to this branch regularly and the woman CONFIRMED SHE WAS FAMILIAR WITH ME but that because of a rule they were newly enforcing they wouldn’t be able to help me. She also could not provide any information as to how I could correct this oversight. And she said she was the MANAGER. I’m disgusted and want nothing more to do with this Directions location. I called a different branch and spoke to a very nice representative who was surprised to hear this and said they could help me at her branch.

Beverly Van Deilen2Not so happy with the Lambertville location. Never the friendliest, a total disaster trying to open an account for my mother. Everything was a mess. I will stick with the location on Tremainsville. Lisa is THE BEST!!
