  I was Very Pleased and more than satisfied with the service provided by City Wide Auto Credit. I spoke with a salesman by the name of Jack Wachowiak and he worked hard to provide me with a Very competitive price. He was always responsive no matter the time of day and replied to all of my questions. Also worth noting is how City Wide Auto cares about providing the best possible prices to active duty service members. Finally, City Wide understands the intricacies and challenges associated with selling and moving automobiles across state lines. I recently purchased the 2014 Nissan Titan Pro-4X Crew Cab 4WD and City Wide referred me to an Auto Transport company with whom I am working to move the vehicle. I could not be more pleased with the service received by City Wide. In short: - Jack and his managers were responsive and always replied quickly to each of my requests for assistance. - City Wide made consistently listened to each question and carefully articulated responses which were helpful in answering each question. I felt as though all of my needs were met and that I was treated fairly. - I ended up buying a truck and they made the process easy. At no time did I feel pressured to rush things along.   I am so happy I went to city wide auto credit west. From the moment I walked through the door till the time I walked out with my keys in hand I felt comfortable and welcomed. Branden Rizzo was amazing! I told him what I was looking for and he did everything in his power to make it happen.   AVOID AT ALL COSTS Don't trust any of their locations, nor DC motors it's a complete scam. I called in asking about one car . They redirected me to another car that "that fits my pay and credit" which was almost double to price of the original car I asked about. It's all lies and deciet . They tried to get me to sign a rediculous contract with big bold letters. They didnt show me any numbers . They didn't show me my interest rate on financing , they didn't tell me how long the lease was . They lure you in with a beefy trade in bonus , and they sucker brand new car buyers that don't know what to expect into buying a new car they can't afford. The entire time feed you half lies - half truths to make you think they are honest. This company is complete and utter scum, shame on you for taking advantage of people.
