  I've been told nothing but great things about this company and I can confirm that it is true. I personally haven't taken out a loan with them yet, but my daughter has worked with them and had a wonderful experience. The staff is so polite, showed genuine care and treated my daughter like family. Once I am ready to move into a new home, I will definitely be using the Jacinto team for my loan without a doubt.

  I can't say enough about how happy I was with Michelle Jacinto and her team. They made buying my first home with a VA home loan less stressful then I thought it was going to be. Heyden Smith my loan processor did an amazing job keeping me calm and making sure I got everything I needed. I will definitely be recommending them to every veteran I work with.

  The team at Direct Mortgage Loans was amazing to work with. As our second home purchase, my husband and I were dealing with a sale and purchase simultaneously.   We reached out to this company to receive help about using them for a mortgage and the female individual. I spoken with was rude, unprofessional and someone was to phone me back but that didn't happen. Transunion has not updated their information and they are always behind but the rudeness of this mortgage company was unacceptable and with people like this you see. Why business fail. Maybe she had a bad night but don't think your company is above anyone else, because it's not it's rudeness and lack of respect is. Don't worry no one needs to reach out to us, because God's plan will still prevail

  WOW! This team goes the extra mile! Michelle, Rebekah and Kelly were all so wonderful in helping us t purchase a new home! From the very first time we spoke with them, we felt comfortable and well taken care of. They explained everything and introduced who we would be working with over the course of the buying experience. Along the way, many questions arise and Michelle never hesitated to call me on the weekend or after 5 to make sure I had the information I needed to be able to make good decision. When we found a house and there were some hold ups in time line, they were calm, informative and so helpful - calling other parties as needed and volunteering to explain everything fully! It's always nice when someone gets the job done right - they of course did that, but along the way they treated us with kindness, and warmth and we felt like family! I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone needing a lender! Thanks Michelle and team!!!

  I want to share how extraordinary was my experience with a Direct mortgage company. Firstly, I would like to say THANK YOU VERY MUCH TO PAMELA, MICHELLE, AND JULIE for your exceptional work and help during my FHA loan process. I could not find any mortgage loan with Bank of America, Chase, and other loan brokers and I thought that I would never be eligible to buy my first home. Suddenly, I received an invitation from Direct Mortgage in my inbox email and I said to myself well let's going to try them maybe they will reject me like other banks but my surprise was very different. Direct Mortgage approved my FHA loan to buy my first home and the closing fees were very reasonable and the process took two months to complete the closing day. I want to remind you! Be patient because it is a process that you need to complete their requirements. Lastly, I want to inform you that if you are self-employed or have a business you need to have ready your last three years of taxes reported, or if you do work with W-2 get ready for your last two years of taxes. Make sure to pay your credit cards if you have debts on them before apply and take care of your credit score if you want to get low rate interest.   Michelle and her team helped me purchase my first home. 5 years later I decided to refinance through my mortgage company, however they undervalued my home because they were not local. I decided to call Michelle again. Her and her team went to work quickly and were able to help me achieve what I needed. I’m very happy with their services. Michelle and her team are Very knowledgeable, top notch and deliver outstanding service. Lesson learned for me. Always shop local with those who are very familiar with your hometown and are looking out for your best interest. Thank you again Michelle!
