  I can't say enough about Patricia. Before using Patty,I spent literal months trying to get my loan completed and had to have my purchase and closing date extended three times. We were heartbroken and had no idea what to do. My realtor reached out to Patty ,as they have worked together before, and told me Patty would get the job done. Not only did Patty take over a mess of a loan my original lender left behind,but she made us a priority, spoke with the angry seller who demanded to speak with her ,but she got my loan completed with a clear to close in less than two weeks. I owe Patty everything for getting us to the closing table not only after a mess but after interest rates had risen tremendously,with an amazing interest rate. Without Patty's help I wouldn't have been able to afford the home anymore ,and probably wouldn't have even gotten a fourth shot from the seller. Patty is super responsive and communicative and was there to answer any of my questions and help ease all the anxiety I had after such a horrible experience with my previous lender. I was scared to go through underwriting again , but it was a breeze because Patty knew exactly what they would need and helped me get those documents together . I highly recommend Patty to any and everyone. The only mistake I made was in not going with Patty from the start. Don't make the same mistake I did, choose Patty !!

  Patricia made our home buying experience such an amazing experience!! We were in a horrible situation with our current home, but she reassured us that we would be fine and she made sure we were!! She went above and beyond to assist us every step of the way!!!! I highly recommend American Portfolio Mortgage to anyone who is looking for a home, but make sure that Patricia is your go to person!!! She was there for us every single step through our home buying process!!

  For years I wanted to purchase a property, and years ago I failed purchasing a house. Patricia Perez and American Portfolio Mortgage team made my dreams come true. They were kind, understanding and patient with me. I was on always on the edge because of what happened In the past Patricia assured me she was willing to do as much as she could to make this happened and she did. Thanks to Patricia I’m now. home owner.

  If you want to get in contact with the company good luck! I have left voicemails 3 days in a row during their working hours and have yet to get a response. I called the office in Illinois and they were able to help me more than my own branch. My loan officer, Madeline Santino was completely unhelpful, bland, and quite rude during our interactions. If you are a new homeowner I suggest going with a different officer or a different company. Sad that I get one word responses from my officer. She even asked if I still was with her company...she doesn't even know who her clients are!!! To say I am upset is not even cutting it. If you're looking to get a loan, look elsewhere.

  My whole home buying experience with Patricia Perez and the company was beyond amazing! I had literally no idea about the process and she was so very helpful and attentive. She went above and beyond my expectations making the whole process enjoyable. I can't reccomened her enough!

  I would not go with this company or at least through Patricia Perez out of the Schererville, Indiana office. They completely dropped the ball with my son's pre-approval and purchase process. They didn't follow up on my son's employment history verification like they should of especially the fact that he was 20 yrs old when he started this process. Unfortunately he started this without my help. Patricia had my son pay for the appraisal then tells him afterwards that he could not get approved for the loan due to the years of employment at the company he worked for. And mind you they were dropping off and picking up papers from my son from his job because they wanted this sale so bad but didn't follow up properly. They did not reimburse him his money, apologize etc... I highly do not recommend this mortgage company unless you want to get ripped off. I give it no stars but I had to choose something in order for it to get posted.

  I can't say enough about Patricia and her assistant Lyndsey. They go above and beyond to make the dream of homeownership a reality. Communication and honesty are detrimental to make a deal go through, as long as the buyer is upfront and factual with their information, these ladies get the job done!
