      BUYER BEWARE!!! Worked with Thavis Phommachanhom from this company and it was a complete disaster. I have never worked with anyone with an extreme lack of communication and that's exactly what we got. Thavis refused to return calls for days, avoided text/emails...The icing on the cake was that he didn't tell the buyer that she had to sell the current house she was responsible for, before being eligible for the new house. The seller lost her new home after countless extensions.
