  I have worked with this company for the last few years consistently and recommend Direct Finance to every single one of my buyers. The reason is simple...Dave gets the job done and helps my buyers avoid pitfalls early on in this process that other lenders do not. One of the most frustrating things we face as Realtors is buyers who have preapproval letters that aren't worth the paper they are printed on.   Not a pleasant or smooth process. Save yourself a lot of aggravation and stress and find a reputable company to handle your process a lot smoother than the complete and total mess we had to deal with. Incompetent and rude processors, No knowledge of the mortgage industry,and we were lied to through the whole process. Fees changed in the amount of four hundred dollars with no written explanation or phone call. You will find its days before anyone returns your calls. Its highly recommended you pass on this company. We got out from under the process quickly.
