  Yes. Had exceptional customer experience!! My insurance rep. Was the nicest and friendliest caring, understanding, person I have spoken to in a very long while. To bad not everyone working in Retail, Restaurant, and any business could be like her and have her Great personable attitude. I would recommend Direct insurance New customers & old to go and see her. (Dang I forgot her name). But she is at the Chiefland FL. Direct insurance inside Walmart. Thank you for having her she is AWESOME ☺️

  I have not ever had to make a claim but as far as gettingy covererage and making payments my broker in chiefland Florida has always gone above and beyond to find me the coverage I need at the most affordable rate possible. She is friendly and acomodating. I really appreciate the customer service I receive from her which is why I now travel to see her since u moved out of the area. She should be a role model for all customer service people.
