  How does Dime Bank let this happen ? I understand these are tough times, and people need somewhere warm, but c’mon. I have to walk my mom to the bank and make sure nothing happens to her. In today’s world with so much crime in our city. Several times I’ve come to withdrawl cash, and I run into this problem several times. My mom, me, and i’m sure other people don’t feel comfortable taking out money, especially if it’s an emergency in the evening. They need to do something about this, and not let this happen. Think about the safety of your customers.

  We recognize this is a problem and are working with authorities to handle this in a compassionate way. In addition, the Bank does contract with a 3rd party to periodically monitor the vestibule and remove such individuals but at any given point in time they may re-enter, making this an extremely difficult issue to resolve.

  The bank is no longer what it used to be. There are 2 original staff members that have kept their customer service skills and are the reason I’m sure long-time customers even return. New management can’t compare to previous years. All funds will be taken to another institution.

  Very unprofessional staff and managers. The way they deal with costumers and their situations is unacceptable. They are problem cheaters and not problem solvers. They should not be in this business. Dime is loosing its value cause of the staff and the managers like these. Nobody should do business with this bank at all. There are so many options. With time and situations may be online banking is the best.

  I met the most friendly assistant branch manager Mr Jeff Jenunes. He help me with all my financial needs yesterday. Kudos to him.

  I had to give it one star, but this bank deserves no stars at all. The people who work there, and in the main headquarters have no clue what "customer service" means. Don't put your money there.

  Their banker Hira Dave is a gem. The bank could use a better app and better online features.
