  Had a great experience going through the loan approval process and everything leading up to close of escrow. Played phone tag a couple times due to work, but not a big deal. They secured me a great rate, and were able to quickly resolve any issues in the process as they popped up. The only major bummer was that some kind of technology problem with the escrow company caused us to close a day after close of escrow was scheduled. From my perspective, the issue could have been resolved with better communication and more persistence. It may have not been that simple, but that's what I gathered from my brief conversations with the loan officer and escrow company. The officer's explanations didn't line up with the escrow company's, either. Not really sure what happened there. Had we needed to move on that same day, we would have been in a very rough spot. Luckily did not need to move on that day, but still lost a day of productivity due to taking that day off of work for no reason. All-in-all, a good experience with astute professionals.

  Jenna did a phenomenal job!! We had a few hiccups with all the new COVID-19 guidelines, but we jumped through the hoops and got it done! I have been using Jenna now for about 10 years for all my mortgage needs. She is professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy! I will continue to use Jenna for any mortgage related items and will definitely send referrals her way. Again, I can't give her enough kudos!!

  5 Stars for Deborah! As a REALTOR I am consistently promised by lenders that they can do quick closes, pre approved buyers, and proactive communication, yet very few do; except Deborah!!! Deborah had my buyers pre approved before we even started looking at homes in order to put our best foot forward with offers in a highly competitive market. As soon as my client's offer was accepted Deborah successfully came through with an 18 day close! There is no doubt this put us ahead of the pack against other offers knowing we would truly be able to close quickly before end of month, helping both the buyers and sellers. In addition, Deborah communicated with all parties the entire way through. There was no need for us to call with questions as she was proactive and everyone knew the status of loan throughout the entirety of the escrow period. Thank You Deborah for being a great team member for my clients and myself.
