  We have been working with Digital Market POS for almost 10 years now. They are professional and knowledgeable when it comes to all things computer and POS related. They are responsive and help handle issues right away. Recently they helped us install Heartland Restaurant, which has allowed us to more efficiently run our business with a lot less issues than we were running into with our previous POS system.   Digital Market POS solved all of our POS requests, from a new software program to hardware, to a secondary mobile solution to fit all of our needs. They have a solution for everything. Very professional and easy to work with. We would recommend them to everyone!

  I was impressed how quickly Carlos dealt with my "frustrated call" right before closing hours. The POS system was accidentally kicked and unplugged by one of our cashiers. We never thought that anybody would answer the call late at night, but fortunately Digital Market POS came to the rescue.. phone must of rang 3 times and was quickly picked up by the on-call tech that quickly walked us through the process to get the computer up and running. Love their after hour support. DM POS you ROCK!!!

  I kept having issues with my Square reader and I had to replace it a couple of times but still kept having issues. Not good when the customer is trying to pay and you swipe, swipe, swipe and nothing happens. So a friend of mine told me to call these guys, they showed up, replaced my reader and got my app running the same day. Amazing service for someone that's not too tech friendly. Leave the techie stuff to these guys. Back in business and my customers now able to pay on the go.

  They know what they are doing. They put their clients needs before what they can charge. They give you options and make it easy for biz owners to make a decision. They are very responsive on any problems or adjustments that need to be made.

  I have being doing Bussines with Digital Market POS for over 10 years, service always have being great every time, I am a very demanding client and they always find the time to clarify any questions I could possibly have as well as always keeping me informed of any other POS system that will help run my business or updates on my current system, definitely I highly recommend them for all your POS needs.
