  Words can not express the gratitude my husband and I have for this fantastic team. OnTime Mortgage is simply as the name implies ON TIME. From start to finish every team member we interacted with was pleasant, professional, and a delight to work with. The response time to text, emails, or phone calls was unbelievably quick. We were informed of every step of the process leaving no doubt that we were on track as well as had chosen to go with the right company to handle our mortgage needs. Doug ensured us from our initial conversation that he would do whatever he could to get us to the closing table and he did just that. Despite the pandemic we still had a shocking, in my opinion, record closing date set. The offer was accepted on 11/17 and we closed on 12/21. What a wonderful Christmas present to us. I am certain that is because of this marvelous team. I don't won't to really start calling names because I am certain there will be some I miss. However, I must mention a few. Thank you Doug K, Mary T, Kevin T, Alejandra L, Erika M, Aubree T, and anyone I missed. Your dedication to our loan made this possible.

  I was referred by a friend to Kevin Tally from OnTime Mortgage. Kevin was great and paired me up with his associate, Max Saladino. Max was a pleasure to work with. He was very responsive to emails, texts and was quick to return my phone calls (most of the time, answering right away). I was very impressed with the level of service I received from the OnTime Mortgage team and their efficiency with processing the documents I provided to them. We ended up closing on this loan much quicker than I anticipated. I had a great experience with this company and will use them again for future mortgage needs.

  Max, my loan officer, was the best at communicating and explaining everything I had questions about. He was patient, thorough, and very responsive. He couldn’t had done a better job! I would highly recommend him to anyone that is in the process of buying a home. I was a second time buyer in Chicago and this time around the process felt easier. You will not be disappointed. Max is part of the OnTime Mortgage team and everyone else that I had the pleasure to work with had the same work ethic as him. They were all efficient, caring, and reliable.   Although we weren’t the most standard of borrowers (regular + self-employment), Max lead us through the process of purchasing our new home with patience, knowledge, honesty, and confidence. After our first experience with a different lender 5 years ago while purchasing our condo was somewhat botched - and required us to scramble last minute, Max showed us through his actions that we can count on him and his team. We were clear to close well in advance of our closing date! He went above and beyond with his customer service, and really made it a smooth and painless process for us. My family and I highly recommend Max and the team at OnTime.

  We had a unique situation that Kevin helped us out with. We were switching from a privately-financed loan to a traditional mortgage and the private lender was, often times, uncooperative. Kevin helped us from start to finish throughout the process, which proved to be somewhat drawn out, due to issues with the original private loaner. Kevin was always easy to get in touch with and consistently knew what the next move should be to free us up from our original contract as quickly as possible. We would recommend Kevin and OnTime Mortgage to anyone looking for someone who is tough, knows the ropes or mortgage financing and will fight for his clients at all costs.

  As first time homebuyers, we were completely overwhelmed and undereducated about most things. Max and his team guided us so gently through every step of the process while always making sure we were comfortable and totally aware of what was happening. We had an expedited closing, and Max and his team literally worked day and night to get everything done for us in time. You can tell they truly care about you, and are just as excited about your new adventure as you are! We cannot recommend Max and the OnTime Mortgage team enough!!! They took care of everything for us while always remaining professional yet friendly, and kept us feeling at ease through this process that was completely new to us.   This was my first experience using OnTime Mortgage and I hope to use them in the future. Kevin assisted me from day 1 and his entire team kept me up to date as soon as something changed (typically 3-4 times/day). I live in Chicago and they processed the property for me in PawPaw MI. They explained all my options and followed through with everything needed to get me across the finish line. What can I say? I wish I knew of them in my prior purchases. Definitely a keeper!

  Our experience with Doug Katz was amazing. It was hard to find a lender who would work with us, and he really trusted in us and made it happened when everyone else turned us away.
