  I had 3 interactions with DCU in the same day while working on buying a new vehicle. Not only were the interest rate and the security measures top notch, but all 3 service reps were extremely personable, professional and genuinely interested in what I was doing. They were all so down to earth and not reading from a script; I appreciated that very much.

  Ive been a member of DCU since 1998 as a kid collecting quarters and a savings account. I've always been treated fairly through the years. The Merrimack branch is no different. I went in to get a loan to consolidate debt. Due to certain limitations I couldn't get as much as I asked for. Bill fyfe(manager) and his assistant manager neslihan kazar worked with me and figured out a solution to clear most of it up. They responded quickly and diligently. This is the model of customer service that DCU offers and I thank you both immensely.

  ATMS are always offline, technology leaves a lot to be desired. Good luck trying to get cash during COVID!!!
