  Like most things in the world today you are given the greatest experience up until you sign the contact. Once the money changes hands you are quickly forgotten and put on the back burner. I purchased my car back in December of 2021 and I have not been able to drive it yet because I still do not have registration. (Today is Feb 11 2022). I really enjoyed talking on the phone with Nolan, he is a car enthusiast. The initial buying process was awesome but I will not use them in the future unfortunately because of the lack of any real support post sale. To respond to Tamatha.... It took well over a month before I was even approached about my registration initially. So clearly we know there is an issue...

  This was the easiest car we ever purchased. It was a smooth transaction due to the knowledge and expertise of Tamatha Carbone and her team at Digital Auto. She was easy to talk to and answered all of our questions in a manner we were able to understand. She kept us apprised every step of the way. We will definitely be using her services again and will recommend her to our family and friends.

  Thank you nolan for helping me get my dream car He took me step by step and made sure i understood everything. I must have called him 100 times and each time he would pick up and not once did he sound annoyed at any of my many questions. Overall great experience would recommend to anyone.

  Nolan O'brien at Digital Auto Finance was such a pleasure to deal with. He guided me patiently through all the necessary steps and kept me updated. I must say, all my questions were very promptly answered via text and phone calls. ( much better than wasting my time at a dealership finance department). He was very personable and very professional throughout our entire interactions! From the very first time we talked on the phone, I felt like he was a friend working on behalf.   Tamatha was initially good to work with. Then the loan closed. The sales tax was miscalculated and my car was registered to an incorrect address. I have made multiple attempts to get a hold of her. She hasn’t returned my calls or texts in months. The deal closed in May, and still no resolution. It’s clear she’s washed her hands of the situation.

  Dustin, our apologies for the lack of response. We did make every attempt to change the address with CT DMV. Unfortunately we have not heard back with all of the delays. We are very sorry for the issue.

  I recently purchased a vehicle that required a lender that understood the collector car market.
