  I been with this bank for quite some times and i keep getting over draft payment costing me more money when i know exactly how much money i have!! Now they charge me for insufficient fund, ive had man problems with this bank and their doing NOTHING to fix it!! I pay more foe having a back account than what i should!! I wouldn't recommend ANYBODY to go to this bank, they take your money and make a excuse for EVERYTHING!! Most people that work here are rude, I even had 1 lady take money out of my savings without even talking to me first!! Id give it a half a star if i could because NOTHING is being done about this!!!

  Diamond valley federal credit union is the best place to do your banking. They treat people with respect . I hated going to banks before , I felt like just wanted to take my money all the time. With diamond valley they treat you all the same no matter how much you have or don’t have. And they make getting loans fast and easy.like I said, Diamond valley federal credit union is the only place for me, and It can be good for any one.

  There are advantages and disadvantages to banking with the credit union. Advantages include lower balance requirements, lower fees for overdrafts and free checks. The biggest disadvantage is that it takes longer for government checks to be posted to your account. For example: Today is Monday January second. Many of the larger banks have already posted their customers Social Security checks because of the holiday. Not dear old DVFCU. Their customers have to wait until tomorrow morning for their money.

  You have to use your debt card because no one accepts cash anymore... So my card is wore and they are charging me 6 dollars for a new one.... Great banking experience not...

  I have been a member since my dad worked at Whirlpool and I was 17, I am now 53 and have always had the best service from the nicest people in all of these years.

  Very friendly and helpful staff. Location is very easy to get in and out of. Drive thru has 3 lanes and easy to use. Highly recommend it.

  This is a decent bank to get financed through, but the interest is high. Not only that, it can be hard to make monthly payments after you move out of their banking region.

  I wouldnt recommend anyone to get a loan or anything from this credit union, because they add hidden fees and fees that come from no where to make you pay out more! Will never go to that bank again!
