  I would highly not recommend this Bank EFTCU. I refinanced my vehicle with them and they wouldn’t perfect the title at the dmv and it’s been over 150 days. The lender is required to do so .and still demand a payment. It’s like paying for a house you can’t live in. This caused me to be homeless after returning from the military. They hire third parties who are lie, but helped cover there lies up. I contacted many representatives and was disregarded/disrespect ed.

  ETFCU allowed my ex wife to commit fraud in my name and made zero effort to notify me of extensions she filed on a loan in my name and forged my signature on THREE SEPERATE TIMES. ETFCU further refused to remove me from the loan as compensation for such fraud as a result of their incompetence after allowing this. Do not do business here.

  There were plenty of tellers open, so the wait time wasn’t bad. They were pleasant and didn’t make any errors.
