      I would highly not recommend this Bank EFTCU. I refinanced my vehicle with them and they wouldn’t perfect the title and it’s been over 150 days and still demand a payment. It’s like paying for a house you can’t live in. This caused me to be homeless after returning from the military. They hire third parties who are lie, but helped cover there lies up. I contacted many representatives and was disregarded/disrespect and trying to remove from reviews

      Completely inconsistent every time I have visited the office. The manager had the nerve to suggest I was stealing. She later called and apologized but I shouldn't have to suffer every visit because they are all poorly trained and can't do their jobs. I will never finance through them again! Poor, snobby customer service.

      The drive thru is very very slow.!!! Only one person working drive thru window with two lanes open. It was ridiculous wait time. Girl was friendly and cheerful. Management needs to step in and help !!

      I was absolutely shocked to see any negative reviews about this bank !! I’ve only recently started banking there and every time I go into this branch everyone is always happy and helpful !! Also if you aren’t in there vertical checking account you need to check it out !!!!
