Always a friendly greeting as soon as you enter the credit union along with exceptional service from everyone with any questions I may have had over the years! Thomas Mau5I just made an after-hours (6pm) balance enquiry and account chat phone call and I believe I spoke with the most lovely and polite customer service person on the planet. Helpful, friendly - she nailed it. Diamond Credit Union is a terrific organization.

david L1Stopped in earlier today to see what I needed to do to get my son an account. They said just bring him and ID back to get it done. I stopped back in after he was done school and now they said I needed an appointment, that would have been useful information earlier. I had to waste time and gas and he still doesn’t have an account. I’ll find another bank.

Was incredibly fast fun and friendly with explaining all the different types of accounts and their uses. Unfortunately decided to take my business elsewhere but I couldn’t let good customer service go unrecognized!

Sydney Gregory2Half of the time I come here to deposit money into the Drive up ATM it isn't working. Please fix your ATM. Today it wouldn't take my card at all. Last time it just said out of service. I don't normally go inside because I hate dealing with the tellers over the screen. The actual people tellers send you to the screen tellers anyway. Super inconvenient.

Julian Horner2I would have left a higher rating as have always received friendly and helpful service. Unfortunately I may be looking at finding another bank due to the fact that Diamond credit union are no longer open on Saturdays and are only open till 7pm one day a week when it used to be two days. This I find very inconvenient working 8_5 Monday to Friday and cannot reach a branch before they close. Saturday was the only day I could do my banking.

Janelle Tim2Tellers no longer have money at the desk. You have to fill out a slip and take it to a phone booth in a wall where you wait for a cranky teller on the opposite side. Never used it before, asked the front desk for help and they got snippy as if i was being an inconvenience.. Nobody else was in the branch. Considering leaving for a new bank
