  We completed a sale by owner of property using Kareem at DHI as an independent third party that handled all aspects of the sale between buyer and seller. The process went flawless. I selected DHI based the Google review when I searched for a title company to select. The reviews I read were about a year or more old, however the were right on for the service provided That's for providing an easy process

  Kareem it's a great guy, very professional on his paperwork. Every time when I show he has all the paperwork ready to sign and he always ask you to read before signing. He even call you to let you know when you recorded.

  DHI title is really the best I have dealt with! They are knowledgeable, professional and very helpful! They are all so nice as well. I would highly recommend them for all your title needs! I wouldn’t use anyone else for any of my title needs!
