  I have been banking with DFCU for almost 13 years. I’m still using this bank because the line is always short, and the staffs are pretty nice and professional. The operation hours and location works fine for me. And here are the reasons why I rated this bank 3 stars: 1. Not as flexible as the bigger banks like PNC Chase, Bank of America, Huntington and etc. (they are slow at adding new features for customers, for example snap a pic of your check to deposit, sending/transfer money is not a fun experience, etc.) 2. Your account will earned lower interests than the big banks (I took my money out and opened a CD elsewhere and got paid way more). 3. Mortgage and car loan interest rate is higher (shockingly for a credit union!)

  Terrible bank. Multiple fraud on my account. Went in and filled out a fraud activity form with the MANAGER and she never sent it through. Therefore, for the second time they have taken the money from my account and made me negative. Thanks DFCU, your the worst bank I've ever worked with.

  Love this credit union I’m glad I switched from my bank. Friendly and hardly ever a wait. Great location and great hours.

  Great place to bank. Everyone is always so pleasant and professional. Love the new building with the drive-thru plus drive-up ATM.

  Nice people, location is not the best traffic wise but there seems to be less fees and hidden costs.
