  Terrible service, they lost all my documents (they asked for hundreds of pages) for a mortgage, then it took months to complete the processing (what should of be considered as a very simple file). Then I asked for money exchange to Euro but they aswered me they cound't do it!! Finaly I spoke with somebody else and the could BUT, as the market exchange rate was going down, there's was going up!??? They could't give me a reasonable reason, all they could say is that, that's what there computer says!!! I spoke with the general manager and she was arrogant and didn't give a sh.... she was no better than the tellers and some people from the mortgage department. TERRIBLE STAFF AND CUSTOMER SERCICE. STAY AWAY!

  Great bank, the service is great and the stuff is more than willing to help. Will definitely recommend for any one who needs french services or Canadian money!!

  The site is doing less well than in Quebec BUT THE PERSONAL IS REALLY EXTRA GOOD and surpasses everything I have seen to this day even after 42 years in business

  this morning I went to ask for help. Ms. Arsenault received me with a smile and she helped me because I had problems with my credit card. Thanks to her who was very patient, I saved several tens of dollars. The staff is fantastic and although I do not often show up at the branch I am recognized. Congratulations Ms. Arsenault you deserve a 5 stars

  I just want to know if this bank makes loans through the internet because they are offering me a loan they gave me this address their name is #Financiero Mundo is a loan and they are asking me for an initial payment of 198 just to fill out paperwork and then deposit the amount according to of the loan and with low interest rates I want to know if it is true if it is legal or not or it is just a fraud through wathsapp is giving me all the information
