      This place is THE BEST! I had an unusual issue with an old title. A different place in the valley told me they couldn't find evidence of a title in their system, although I had the title in my hands. They sent me down a path that cost money and took lots of time and phone calls. The vehicle was at our place in Heber so I started working with Gina at the Show low office. Long story short, I went to the Heber location to see if I could actually get this solved and Harper told me I hadn't needed to do all the stuff the other place told me. She knew that you had to look in the purged files and within minutes she had located the title and even helped us get an awesome personalized plate for it. She was so knowledgeable and quick! Gina was amazing, as well. I will take all my title work here from now on. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

      I went in to inquire about getting the Az State ID card in addition to regular drivers license. The lady working there was very kind and explained they don't handle drivers licenses at that location but they do handle lots of other services such as titles and OHV stickers. Good to know!

      This is my 3rd time coming to this MVD and the young Lady Tandra is fast and gets you in quick and out I wish more of the MVD were fast and as knowledgeable as she is great Job.
