AZ Summer1Came in for a new debit card at this brach with it being the closest to me. They told me their machine was down and sent me across town to another branch, with a toddler in tow, to find out all the machines are down. With technology being where it is today, there is no excuse for this. Not only that, but after getting home and checking online, there were branches that are closer than the one they said was closest! Total incompetence.

Justin Chappell1I absolutely HATE banking here. I will be closing out my account shortly. It is nearly impossible to reach anyone online if you need assistance. Customer service is rude. If you ever have someone use your account fraudulently, good luck getting them to reverse the charges in a timely manner; they will wait until the charges clear and then work on reversing the charges within 2 business days. So, your account is F'd for a good week. They are not a partner.

Instead of waiting 2 business days to get my funds he helped me out immediately. Outstanding customer service . Very happy to be banking here . Best service I’ve had . Thanks again beau !

marie holtz5Breanna, was great. Extremely helpful. My husband usually deals with this kind of stuff. However, since his passing I had to. I was not looking forward to it. I was relieved how easy it was to move my car loan to them. She was so helpful and gave me updates through the entire process.

Olivia Richards1This bank scams you hard. They wait till you made a large payment then if your account in low they keep all transactions pending till you go in the negatives and the charge you a withdrawal fee. I wasn’t even in near the negatives and they still withdrew a withdrawal fee. All they tell you is to watch your account more closely, which I do because they keep scamming me. I absolutely hate this bank and am closing my account now and will never ever come back.
