  Complete clown fest. I was depositing a check to someone else's account and they wanted all of my information including social security number. This isn't standard practice at any other bank in the world. I'll never use dfcu again and I'm so happy I didn't end up getting my auto loan through them. They wasted 25 minutes of my time saying the computers were being slow and then asked for that information to deposit a single check.

  Conveniently located in McCormick Ranch in the Paseo Village Shopping center area, Desert Financial Credit union has a drive through that usually has no wait. The inside was remodeled a few years ago. Staff is pleasant and helpful offering banking services as well as notary and other services. They are not the best option for a HELOC, in my experience, as they are unwilling to lend more than 60% of value, due to "your low Transunion credit score 846 of 850." In my opinion, they didn't read the acceptance letter they sent me. Please click 👍 if this was helpful.

  Very professionally presented. Got everything we needed to open a LLC business account. I will highly recommend my business colleagues and friends.

  I was a victim of a fraud attempt over the past weekend.. They were able to stop payment on a check and then, since they had the information from my check, I was advised to close that account and move everything to a new one. They did this right while I waited. They also issued me a new debit card, again, right while I waited. I can't remember the first person's name who did the stop payment - but he was great, as was Danielle, who I've interacted with several times in the past.

  I have always had good customer service here until recently. In fact, I have recommended Desert Financial to all of my friends and family. However, I have recently been very disappointed in the service at this location. They have been closing the lobby randomly at least 1 day each week without notifying the customers. They stick a sign on the door saying that you have to make an appointment with them in order to do business in the lobby, but when you call the phone number, nobody answers. When I inquired about the reason for the closures I was told: "we don't have enough people to work"...Even though there were 5 employees standing around conversing with each other. I tried using the drive thru and I was told that I had to use the lobby and that I should call ahead of time to schedule appointment. When I called to schedule an appointment, nobody answered the phone. I contacted the customer service department but was told the same thing. Obviously this bank has no idea what it means to have good customer service...Run far away...

  This branch is great. Amanda is one of the best bankers I have worked with. She tell you want you need and is to helpful. She is my banker from now to the future and if you Scottsdale area need to go into this branch.

  I have been a member of this credit union since 1992 and could not brag more about the good care I receive each and every time I do business when them. I have a number of accounts, both personal and business. I also have a debit card that I use for travel which would not provide access to my main account. If this card is lost or stolen, at least I would not lose that much money. I will never return to a bank again when I have such good service to my newly remodeled credit union.

  I didn’t have a good experience at this location . I had never had issues with desert financial and I actually refer family and friends to make this their financial institution. This branch has made me feel very disappointed. The manager Jesse is very arrogant as well as his teller Jesse G. Their behavior is demeaning and arrogant . They need to be humble and educated again on customer service . There are different ways to explain but it’s the tone and words that are used that were unprofessional

  Customer service has always been excellent! At this time of Covid-19 clients going through the drive through may want to organize their transactions before they get to the employee at the window and stay courteous of the line of cars waiting behind them. The employees do an excellent of job of assisting us. We need to help them.

  Poor customer service, long hold times, outsourced credit cards to poor quality company. No reason to join or stay, many other banks offer superior services and customer service.
