  Melissa Ross and Katie Breneman were a pleasure to work with on our refinance. They kept us informed throughout the process about what to expect and gave us accurate/realistic timeframes.   Great company to start or refinance your loan.. the customer service that I got from Kayla Anaya (account manager) and Michael Edmonds (executive banker) was on fire 🔥🔥 they were soo good!! Always letting me know the status of the loan!! Always able to answer all my questions and concerns.. they were really honest and clear!! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 They made the process smooth and always looking the best results for me!!   They reached out to us to do a refinance but after initial talks, I haven't gotten a response on the status, process, or updates. No answer to calls, emails, texts. Unprofessional.
