  I am home sick not cleared by doctor to leave yet. I was due to pick up a ring couple days ago. I was so worried I past date. I called spoke with George he gave me a month extension over the phone. I didn't even know that was possible. So glad I called. George was very friendly and helpful.

  It's a pawn shop, hard to have any interaction with out feeling like they should have at least bought you dinner first. Lol . Honest. Reliable. Expensive.

  These guys are pieces of craps. Called and asked if they would take a certain item, they said yes. I love 30 mins away and this is the closest pawn shop that takes everything. I come in and they say they can’t take it. Why waste my time and give a false advertisement to me to come down and waste my time, my gas and money. Absolutely horrible, very unprofessional.

  I bought an Apple Watch and was very excited to use it but it was still locked and I needed the previous owners iCloud and Password to unlock it. Why sell something to a customer when they can’t even use it. Very unprofessional.

  Quick service even on Friday evening. Expensive loan, but it's a pawn shop. Knew that going in.

  ⚠️AVOID⚠️ Horrible customer service the place was very dirty smelled like it wasn't cleaned in weeks and the items I bought were not sanitized I don't recommend coming here but the part that gets me real mad is the boss Jr he is very rude and disrespectful definitely doesn't know how to treat customers with proper respect and coming into the isles I found cockroaches crawling from the walls and the floor was very sticky. I'm very disappointed

  Definitely recommend. The Manager Jorge is really helpful and friendly!! And he even got me a good deal! Will definitely come back
