  Not a good company. Seek legal counsel. Changed jobs and agreed to pay $100 extra each payment to align my new pay schedule with my payment schedule.They still shut my car off 5 days after I made my payment with the extra $100.Causing me not being able to get to work. Manager says it was a system update and my agreement was no longer valid. Sounds illegal to me. I'm going to join the group of customers to seek legal help.

  TERRIBLE AND I WILL BE CONTACTING A LAWYER FOR THESE PEOPLE. THEY NEVER LISTEN AND THEY TRY TO MAKE YOU PAY MORE THAN WHAT IS FAIR. IN MY CASE THE VEHICLE HAS HAD TO HAVE AN ENGINE REPLACEMENT TWICE!!! THEY SET UP A PTP FOR THE ISSUES I'VE EXPERIENCED AND TURNED AROUND AND ACTED LIKE THEY KNEW NOTHING ABOUT IT.

  RUN…..This company needs to be investigated for illegal financing practices. I guarantee once this company is investigated it will be shut down. all consumers need to report them to the consumer financial bureau. Don’t let them silence you. They can’t help if you don’t speak up. The owner getting rich by ripping you off.

  I felt I got a good deal. They were very courteous and I was able to leave with a car that same day. I don't have anything bad to say. The salesperson was nice and explained all the details about the loan.

  Worst finance company. Don’t bring any business to them. They have no customer service their only concern is clearing a check. Wish I never financed through this bogus company and don’t go to B&G Auto Sales either

  This company is very unprofessional you can make all your car payments on time but if you ask for an hour to make an payment they will shut off your car and argue with you. They will attempt to illegally charge any card you may have on file with them. They do not confirm payment amounts and will charge you what they feel. There is a reason they have an F rating and are not BBB accredited. When it comes time to your car being fixed they will argue about getting you a rental, even if their janky service department decides to take a month. And during that time will still demand a payment or you can’t get your car back.

  I have been trying to get a letter guerentee aswell as my attorney and my insurance I keep getting the run around worst company to go to I recommend going to carmax better deals and they help you don’t get stuck because you have bad credit or problems now days you can finance anywhere with minimum 1000 or 1500 i repeat do not go here desert finance is a joke I’m filing a law suit against them I have already submitted to the better business aswell I’m not saying this because I’m not trying to pay on the contrary I’m trying to pay off the car that was total loss and they will not give me the documents I need or that all state requires

  Don’t really seem to know what they’re doing. Very rude customer service on the phone. I needed them to do one simple task; email my apartment complex that I am no longer in possession of my vehicle, and they weren’t even willing to do that. They said I had to just wait for it to appear on my credit report. Also, I find it very suspicious how 1.) there’s no email address anywhere on their website, and 2.) their business hours are from 9am - 12am everyday except Sundays, in which they close at 4pm. Makes me wonder what kind of business they’re really running... 🤔 🧐

  Someone in this office turned on auto pay without my permission and took a payment out of my account at 2am making my account go negative. I get paid Friday NIGHT and pay shortly after manually by calling it in. I am very upset!! All the woman on the phone did was ask when I can pay the remaining balance since it only took a partial payment. These people make me sick!! Avoid this company like the plague!!!

  They know everybodies situation. I’m a barber, my industry has been shut down by the government. Trust me, if I could work, I would. Just trying to feed my family and keep them safe. Been in contact with them and always picked up when they call. This morning they have turned the car off. That’s right, make it worse so I can’t get food for my kids. Class act. If I wasn’t staying in contact, I understand. I’m not going to be the first or the last I’m sure..... all the other companies seems to know what’s going on in the world. Apparently Desert Finance doesn’t know what is going on in the world....
