  Pretty good insurance products. My thoughts are they should (State Farm) as a whole have some really good rewards for long standing customers on a monthly, bi- monthly half hr and 1 yr basis for our customer loyalty, & "brownie point system" if you will.

  I had a pleasant time they treated me very well and they offered me candy and they had my favorite twix but I give it 5 stars highly suggest this if you have to pay monthly.

  I have used this office for years and absolutely love it and the staff! I always recommend it to everyone. They give amazing rates and treat you amazingly as well! A huge thanks to Kathy Baxter, she is always finding new discounts for my account and new offers as well! Derek runs a great business, and Brianne and Heather are very sweet and helpful too! A well deserved 5 stars!

  Had a very easy and pleasant experience with Leanne and Kathy at the Mountain Home branch. They addressed all of my needs and were expedient in getting my policy written and having additional information sent to the state.   Derek McCoy is the sweetest and most helpful person. He was so kind and did whatever he could to help me out and get me the best rate. I loved working with him. Heather May, his Marketing Service Assistant, is so awesome and sweet, as well! Very helpful and very kind! This insurance company gets the well deserved 5 stars! I highly reccomend them!

  Derek is someone you can trust and has a strong work ethic. He has integrity and is very intelligent. He constantly educates himself and stays current with today's issues and the insurance industry. He is amicable and makes his customer feel at ease. He knows what he is talking about. You can have confidence in what he says without feeling he is pulling the wool over your eyes. He won't try to sell you something unless he truly believes in it and he keeps customer satisfaction first on his list. I strongly recommend Derek and his agency as the best choice for you.

  Courteous and friendly I got a "on my homeowners insurance that was a little high and the flood insurance was quite a bit more than I expected. Even though I went with another insurance agency I appreciated doing business with them they were professional and did give me a Quote"unlike a couple of placesThat I had called earlier.

  State Farm hits a home run again!! I'm never disappointed with their service.. Brianne literally had my commercial auto and renters policy done and cards in the email within an hour.. Sooo helpful.. call them, they make it easy.. Thanks for the great service!!
