  Would love to give a better review but 2 days in a row I have came here during business hours all lights on and door says open. But the door is locked. Have called several times and waited it out with door remaining locked. Seems like this Rex fella doesn't want to do business with anyone.

  I remember that pawn shop before. I've been in Mountain Home Pawn Shop since the 80s or 90s as a little kid. But since i returned in 2013. I did collect Mill Creek DVDs for the first time since after 2 Decade Hiatus. Or is it a Decade Hiatus. I may come buy there for my last but final day before i moving out of that 40 Year old house and into Apartment for the first time. So i give it 5 Stars for Mountain Home Pawn Shop and i missed that Pawn Shop. Thank you for everything after Decades.

  This is a real pawn shop, a bit dingy- But it's not about the decor. Owner will go out of his way to be honest and help you with whatever you need. He pays top prices for precious metals, he does firearms transfers, etc. You never know what you'll find. Super nice guy. Fair and honest. Go here first.

  Rex the owner was very kind and made an uncomfortable situation very pleasant where I have found other pawn shops almost judgmental and trying to low ball you. My experience here was the total opposite and my daughter who is a red head even got a very interesting history lesson. I will deffently be referring this place to others! Thank you rex

  Under new ownership and Rex is just as awesome as Jim was. Maybe even a bit more I wouldn't go anywhere else in town. Best pawn shop in town by far!!!
