  Derek was really helpful in setting up our mortgage refinancing and the incredible amount of paperwork involved. He had assisted us with an earlier mortgage setup. He also helped us find affordable hurricane insurance. All we had to do after providing the essential information needed was to affix an endless stream of signatures. We highly recommend Derek to anyone needing a hassle free mortgage or refinancing.

  Derek was very helpful and explained things that we did not know. He actually made it possible for us to stay in our home. He did whatever it took to help us complete the loan and give us money to take care of our house. He always was fair and informative and helped us compare our options.   So glad we worked with Derek. We reached out to him twice within a couple years and it kept falling through on our part, but the third time we reached out, I was surprised he still took us as seriously as the first time we reached out to him. We appreciated how quick his responses were, especially with our busy schedules. He was personable and most of all, makes you feel comfortable regardless of your financial status etc. I would 1000% recommend him to anyone and everyone who’s looking to buy a home.   OMG!!! Derek is the best!!!! He helped me in so many ways. Getting the information needed to get the loan approved can be huge and lengthly, not to mention stressful and exhausting. However, instead of sending me a whole list of things to be done, he gave it to me in more manageable chunks so that I didn't feel overwhelmed. He is always kind and willing to talk, no matter how many times I asked questions and how many times he told me what to do. I am so blessed to have called him when my mother gave me his number.   Derek was amazing to work with! He was responsive, supportive and explained the entire refinance process well. I had never done a refinance prior to this experience and he made sure it was painless and it went much faster and easier than I expected!
