  Our experience with Derek at CrossCountry Mortgage exceeded all expectations. He was there every step of the way to not only work on our home loan but also teach us about the process. He took the time to answer every little question again and again and continued to work to find the best rates, opportunities, and process to move forward with our home loan. He was incredibly transparent with everything he was working on and was not afraid to express his personal opinion and lend advice.   Looks like we’re latecomers with a redundant 5-star review, but Derek Graber deserves the praise and gratitude many others have already showered him with. He did his job well.   AWESOME Experience with Derek at CrossCountry Mortgage. Derek was a joy to work with. He is organized and knowledgeable. Derek was able to get us to closing in half the time vs. other lenders during COVID. So thankful we have CrossCountry mortgage as an option for local families. They had the lowest rates with the lowest points, even my banker was surprised. It almost sounded to good to be true, but in the end it was the real deal.   Derek was outstanding to work with for the purchase of my new home. He was extremely personable, communicative and made what is usually such an overwhelming process so much easier. Because he had been proactive and took care of the heavy lifting during the pre-qualification process, everything was ready to go and we hit the ground running once our offer was accepted.
