  After first calling Preston, and receiving what I thought was a fair quote, I let him know I'd be shopping around to ensure I got the best deal possible on my mortgage. He was very professional, and asked only if I'd give him a chance to compete with any quote that might be better than his original. Among the others I called were three large, well-known, mainland brokers and another local broker. Preston was not only able to match a lower interest rate I received from one of the big mainland companies, he was able to beat the pricing. This amounted to a significant credit toward my closing costs, saving me thousands. I mention the money aspect first, because the bottom line is all that matters to most. However, the values of courtesy, consideration, respect, and professionalism should never be overlooked. Preston embodies all of these traits. He maintained awareness of all details related to my situation, as compared to some companies that make you feel like you are John Q. Customer # 84,534. He engaged enough to ensure I maintained momentum, without ever being pushy. Overall, the entire process was made better by Preston being involved. I can't imagine a better mortgage broker to work with, and will continue to recommend him to friends and family.

  Preston worked as my Loan Officer during a recent purchase in Kailua and he was EXCELLENT. He is a great communicator, easy to reach, and is quick to respond to questions.   Preston Sims is AMAZING!!! I was originally qualified through USAA, but soon realized boots on the ground in Hawaii was the way to go as recommended by my Realtor. Preston personalized the experience not only with the Aloha spirit, but he was very knowledgeable and thorough. He took the time to make sure I knew what to expect and explained everything in detail.
