Never rushed, no hard sell. Very responsive with answers to questions or account changes. I recommend Derek and Lewis highly -- very easy to work with and customer-focused.

  Found Derek's office almost 15 years ago and thought he had great service and prices. Left the state for 4 years and when I came back, I immediately went back to Derek. Always fair and looking out for me...not his business first. Highly recommend.

  Having insurance is crucial for me since I run a business and own a car that I use for work. Thankfully I had amazingly helpful advice from an agent here named Jim. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE PERIOD. He got me a great low rate with one of the top insurance companies that will NOT screw you oger when you need them most unlike other cheaper third party insurances. Don't be cheap, you get what you pay for and a lot is on the line. Jim helped me get insurance for my car, business, and renters insurance INSTAINST and with zero hassle. I got an amazing deal too. Highly recommend talking to him! Thanks Jim!!!

  I work with Lewis Gaddis! He is the best! I needed coverage fast and Lewis was able to provide me with all the information I needed promptly! He is very professional and knowledgeable!
