  I began working full time in Real Estate in 2006. The first few years I worked with several commercial lenders until I was referred to Eric at Denali Commercial Mortgage. Eric has been my absolute go to guy ever since. Eric works the same hours I do and answers his phone when I and my clients call. I have given Eric more than my share of difficult loans. With his experience and outside the box thinking he has made my clients goal come true. I have referred Eric to all of my peers at one time or another and received great feedback when they close. Even though Eric keeps telling me he does easy loans too, he is well known as the problem solver. If Eric cant get the loan approved, no one can.
