  I rarely post reviews, but Michelle was too amazing not to!! Always a phone call or email away, she made my first time home buying experience much nicer. I shopped around with a few lenders before going with Delmar mortgage, as they were “on the ball” and had me preapproved quicker, and for more money. Michelle definitely knows what she is doing, and explained everything to me - in words I would understand. Not only was Michelle an absolute pro, her team was amazingly exceptional, as well. The underwriters were quick and thorough, and her assistant Bianca was super friendly, and great at communicating with us and making sure we stayed on top of what we needed - and when, so we would meet our closing date. We were able to close early, prior to our contract date by 2 weeks! I will always recommend Delmar Mortgage (& ask for Michelle Bailey/Bianca) to all of my friends and family.

  The whole experience was exceptional. It was a long and detailed process. Michelle guided me through the entire process. I managed my day-to-day activities without being overwhelmed while doing it. I am so grateful for that. Michelle is very patient and understanding.

  As we start to settle into our home, I have to take a second to talk about how amazing Delmar Mortgage have been to us; specifically Michelle Bailey and her assistant Bianca Garcia. We found Michelle through Google and it was a specific Google review (unexpectedly from someone I used to work with!) that sold me. I knew this person to be trustworthy and not easy to impress. So when I saw her review, that was all the confirmation I needed. We didn't hesitate to reach out through the website and it felt like in no time we were off and running! Michelle stayed in regular contact with us, was flexible when our schedules didn't line up perfectly (our first meeting was via Zoom which went perfectly), and she was always pleasant and attentative to our needs. Michelle answered every question we/I had big or small, was willing to text me when it was more convenient for me than emailing, and when she couldn't be available to us immediately she communicated very effectively always rescheduling right away which we appreciated. Part way through our process we were introduced to Bianca and let me tell you what, she was a perfect pairing to Michelle's professionalism and efficiency! While Michelle was always still available and on every email, Bianca quickly became our point person and she did not disappoint! Bianca was patient with every phone call and email, knowledgeable, kind, and understanding. I remember asking a question that I felt was dumb (which is not true, especially since we were first time home buyers) and Bianca was so compassionate normalizing my feelings. She had this warmth that made me feel like I could trust her and even be more personable which means a lot to me. It was that second I knew that this was not just a job for Michelle or Bianca, but a passion for helping people and that's exactly what we were looking for. There was never a moment where we felt unsure, judged, worried that we would be treated different because of how we looked or the money we make. We could tell from start to finish that Michelle and Bianca truly cared about our family and helping us to secure our first home. If you're looking for a company/mortgage team who are dedicated, honest, caring, professional, and will believe in you, Delmar Mortgage/Michelle Bailey is who you need!! They definitely will have our business for a lifetime.

  Ms. Michelle is the BEST!! From the beginning to end, whenever, I felted stressed, she made it less stressful. She's very knowledgeable, patient, helpful.....just professional ALL around. She'll even work with you after work hours and really works hard for her customers. On our next purchase, Ms. Michelle will be the person my husband and I be contacting.

  Michelle was the absolute BEST! I would not have wanted to go through this process with anyone else. She was very professional, knowledgeable and communicated every step of the process.   Ms. Michelle, Did her thing. She got me qualified for down payment assistance at the end due to some laws had just changed. She worked really hard for me and had me in mind at all times. Ms. Michelle I believe you are a great asset to Delmar Mortgage. Thank you.
