  I've used Campus USA since 2016, and could not recommend more a switch from a big-box bank. Moving from a decade with Bank of America, the friendly, personalized service at this branch makes it easy to manage and grow my personal financial life. The team at the Killearn Center Blvd branch has been a part of every major milestone, from getting engaged and buying a ring, to purchasing my first home, to selling that home and financing multiple vehicles along the way.   SHELBY, AT THIS LOCATION, IS AN ANGEL!! Friendly, personable, knowledgeable AND efficient!!! This girl gets the job done!!! Won’t go to any other branch (other than ATM usage) !

  My Experience with Campus in Tallahassee Was Everything I want and Need in a Financial Partner. Shelby was Trourough and On Top of Her Game. I'm not just saying this because My Needs were Met. In Todays Climate the Little Courteous Details mean a Lot. And the Tellers we're awesome.

  EDITED as of 2019 - This branch was very friendly in 2014 but now it turned upside down in the upcoming years. I was handled by Kristi Holland (asst. manager) for my auto loan, I had no issues in paying my auto loan but when I wanted my title back there wasn't any response from her. The only time she responded after my 1000 emails and phone calls is when I told her I am taking the car outside the country, she immediately jumped the gun and sent an email, will I be paying my entire loan before leaving the country (of course I paid off and that's why I was asking for the title), she again went back to mute mode. There is no way to reach the branch and you have to dial in the Campus Credit Union main office, on reaching out they expedited the process. In Summary, please avoid this branch if you wanted a friendly customer service. 2014 - Love the staffs in this branch. I was able to get my car loan at a lower rate

  Awesome staff at this branch! They are personable and very friendly! Sasha, Julia and Alex always greet me with a heartfelt smile and willingness to assist with my many transactions (smile). I recommend this branch for sure!

  I was paying over 20% APR on my use SUV, and nobody would refinance it due to age and milage. Not only did Campus refinance it, but they got me under 10% APR on a USED car! Thank you for helping me with reducing my payments and the amount of interest I had to pay.
