  If I could give zero stars I would they don’t treat you like normal human beings and are so rude! I don’t know how these people are still in business. I have been having issues with un employment and I barley am starting a new job and was going to explain I will be paying them off this September with my first pay check and all I get is rudeness and saying I break promises?! It’s not my fault life happens! Try to talk to your customers with a little bit of understanding and maybe people would be a little more respectful! Earn respect! Amalia is great so is Janet that other one no! Rude as heck when no need to be!

  The manager is very friendly and really helps out. This place is great for a second chance loan if you want to rebuild your credit. I highly recommend it!!!

  I have been a customer of theirs for many years and have been treated with respect in any of my dealings with them. I do not understand the bad reviews. I would say they are from people who didn’t pay, but even when I had problems they worked with me and never made me feel bad about it. Give them a try. But make your payments!

  No way to pay other than dropping off a check at this one location and their night drop is just sliding it under the door. Employees seem annoyed that they have to help you when you come in. They offered no payment assistance whatsoever during Covid-19 which is my main reason for this review. Greedy AF.

  Nothing but the out most respected employees i know. Been wit them almost 2 years and i have been late but they never have been rude. If you pay as,agreed you wont need for them to call unless they have special going on. Keep up the great customer service you provide

  Yes DO NOT BORROW! they will take you to court and garnish your checks. If I've known, I wouldn't have. 300 borrowed, 450 on credit, but took me to court with $945 for garnishing. Must be some broke company.

  DO NOT BORROW FROM THIS PLACE. We borrowed money, paid them off and received a Default Judgement 2 weeks later. Now they refuse to talk to us and we will have this on our credit. These people truly are not all there. They even stalked us, talked to my wifes boss in person and would stop by at our house at all hours of the day or night! BE CAREFUL with these people!
