  Great experience with DebtWave Credit Counseling so far. They have provided me with great courteous customer service. I am sleeping much better knowing that I am more than half ways in paying off my debt.

  Very easy to work with. They were able to re-negotiate my interest rates on my cards. All but one credit card company would work with them. Their website is easy to navigate. I should have my debt completely paid off in 3 years.

  Debtwave is legit. I’ve been on the program for six months and Im finally paying down my debt with their help. They negotiated hella low interest rates on my credit cards (from 24% APR average down to 9% APR average) And now my monthly payment is only $350 for all my 6 credit cards (including Debtwave’s cut) that have over $12,000 in debt. And I’ll be debt free in only 3 years with only the minimum payment on my cards. Debtwave is hella legit. There’s seriously no pressure It’s seriously almost too good to be true but they’re legit. If you have any doubts just call them.

  I couldn't be happier with the experience and service I have had and received from DebtWave CC. The advisors took a great deal of time explaining and walking me through the process and the fee they charge is nominal. They lowered the interest rate on the CC's I signed up with them and they make one payment ea month. It is terrific and I highly recommend them!

  Utilizing DebtWave's services was the best decision I could have made to get my finances/debt in order. I now see a light at the end of the tunnel. My suggestions to those who use this service are make sure you send them in an email your complete list of credit card names and account numbers along with the name as it appears on the card. I know it sounds obvious, but if you have a number of credit cards, often your name appears differently on some of them. It was tough in the beginning to not have credit cards at my disposal, but now that I'm seven months in and seeing the overall balance come down each month, I know I made the right decision. Great customer service, as well! I only wish I had done it sooner.

  I was only able to pay the minimum monthly payments on my credit cards and always felt like I was sinking in debt. Then I called Debtwave which was recommended by my friend, who had just recently successfully completed her own program with them. She was out of debt and burden free. I wanted to get there too. Debtwave made everything so easy. They supported me through all the steps to setting up my own personal, managable program. Now I'm watching my debt go away and feeling my own stress being lifted. I wish I had called them sooner! Debtwave continues to support me with any questions or concerns I may have throughout the process. Not that I've had many, but they are there if I need them. I have recommended them to my own friends and will continue to do so.

  Detbwave has allowed me to get back on my feet with my credit cards. i love the automatic payments and the email reminders about the upcoming payment. I feel like i can call or email at any time and reach someone and be assisted & that is comforting when it comes to finances.

  They have helped us in 2 different debt consolidation instances in the last 9 years. I feel the customer service was much better the 1st time around (2007), especially with their effort of trying to get us the best rates & lowest payments possible. This time around (2015) I felt the rep was more judgmental and less helpful.

  I am a single mom, about a year ago I research debt consolidation and found Debtwave. I am so glad I need it is nice to be able to make one payment a month which goes toward all my debt. And its even better when you see you debt going down because they were able to lower your interest rates. Once you get yourself in debt it is hard to dig yourself out and Debtwave helps you do that.
