  Very inconsistent with policies. I was informed I could cash my personal checks that I get for babysitting work without a 9 day hold as long as I went to the bank and cashed in person. They cashed 2 weekly checks for me and then when I came back for the 3rd week they said they couldn’t and that the other gals weren’t supposed to do that. I then had to drive to Wells Fargo instead to cash it there then drive back to deposit my money. Very inconvenient. Would not bank here if you need your money available immediately, the 9 day holds last 4 months.

  I enjoy going to this Escondido Frontwave Credit Union Bank Branch to deposit my coins. The teller Melissa was polite and caring when she helped me out. Very good customer service and a recommended bank to go to.

  The best financial institute I have ever worked with. They truly believe in customer first service. I utilize two of their branches and the staff at each are incredibly friendly.

  Worst bank in the world. Awful customer service, rude employees, they will talk condescendingly to you when calling the call centers. Everything about this establishment is garbage.

  No customer service whatsoever. Not in branch or over the phone. Canceled account and had to jump through hoops to access my own account.
