  My experiences with DNS was good. They executed the negotiations, I think with in 2 to 3 months. I received emails when I needed to sign documents to get the payments going. I had 5 creditors in the services but I took one of creditors out of the program because I was able to pay it off on my own.. so if are in need of their services I do recommend them..paying off that debt has help me to feel at ease and not so stressed anymore..

  Debt Negotiation Services have been a wonderful help and a real lifesaver. I was out of college and needed help with my 20k dollars of credit card debt. After dodging collector calls for a while, I knew I had to find help. I called several other settlement companies but after speaking with DNS I felt comfortable with my decision. Their staff are so nice, very knowledgeable and always took the time to answer all of my questions. I knew I made the right decision when DNS settled my first card for a fraction of what I owed and I immediately felt as if a huge burden was starting to lift. Thanks to the team at DNS I am now debt-free, I can finally stop renting and invest in my first home. Thanks guys!

  Warning, never use any negotiation company for any simple credit card debt. The promise of 36 months and 50% savings is a far cry from what this negotiator has done. I stopped payments at 36 months. According to them, they negotiated for another 10 months, With my potential final savings of 27%. The brochure says money back anytime, which is exactly what I did as soon as I felt wronged. You can work directly with the credit card company and do it yourself. Personal experience has shown direct dealing with a credit card company was 24 months or less and a savings of well more than 50%. Thankfully they are faster at trying to respond to negative criticism than they are to doing what they say. One more note to add. They sent a contract for me to sign and I refused to sign it. They went ahead and took their money. According to my local attorney they breached the contract.

  We encourage all consumers to do their own research on debt settlement services as well as to thoroughly read their contracts before engaging in any business arrangement. This individual decided after his settlements that his fees were too high despite it being clearly printed in his contract from day one. We would have been more than happy to close out his account at any time and return his funds but for whatever reason he opted to wait until we were finished to have issues. We already attempted multiple times in good faith to resolve this with the client who simply refused to communicate.

  DNS has assisted me with lowering my student loans to a manageable level and are actively ensuring that my needs are met going forward.   We signed up for a 3 year program very nervous about the process but they made us feel at ease from the start. It was like a weight lifted off us every time they settled. We just received the remainder of our funds from them after the final settlement and had dinner out to celebrate our graduation. Thanks to the DNS team for everything.

  I enrolled in a debt negotiation program with DNS in late December of 2018 – it was a difficult decision but something I had to do. I dealt with Yesli Padilla of DNS throughout these negotiations and her professionalism was a constant encouragement toward keeping my eyes fixed on the eventual completion of the program. As of the end of March of 2021 I completed the DNS program – 27 months of dipping FICO Scores – but the eventual outcome was worth the effort – already, as of May 2021, my FICO’s have recovered into the 700’s and I anticipate recovery into the 800’s toward the end of 2021. Debt Reduction Negotiation may not be the right path for everyone but it worked for me. I highly recommend DNS should you decide you have to negotiate your debt reduction.

  Debt Negotiation Services was the best thing that ever happened to me. I was struggling after college & between jobs to keep paying my credit card debt. When I found myself I couldn't keep up anymore. I signed up Debt Negotiation Services , and they helped me within 2 yrs I was debt free. I was able to get back on track and regain my credit once again. Highly recommend DNS.

  We had very poor service from the beginning. The process end up costing a lot more than predicted. Emails were not answered timely. Many errors on their part that they would not correct. Fees charged to us due to their errors. Their fees were always taken out first. Continually asking you to raise your payment. Never so glad to be done with them.

  We are unsure why our former client decided to wait until she was finished with the program to bring these issues up or even reach out to us with any dissatisfaction but we would have been happy to address any of this with them during their time in the program. Upon review of the account, including logs of all contacts, we were actively working with them throughout the program. We are unsure of the "many errors" they are speaking of. Our fees were taken at the time of settlement which is exactly according to contract. They were never under any obligation to increase any deposits into their account, it was only a suggested when we had a strong settlement offer that would require a larger monthly deposit to cover. The only fee charged to them was for $15 which we were more than happy to reimburse them for at the end of the program and had discussed with them before they posted this review. Despite this, we completed our job of freeing them from their debt at a substantial savings to them and wish them the best.
