Jose is extraordinay but he is only one person and the only loan officer which means you have to wait hours to see him totally not fair to do that to your employees or people that need the help to have to take hours off of work just to get help at the bank..

June H5I know most people tend to go to the main branch office in Summit, well let me tell you something if you go to Summit office you will miss out on Jose Abreu Unimpeachable customer service. I was very fortunate to meet this gentleman and he does truly care about his customers and he goes above and beyond for his customers. He will do everything possible in his power to make sure you get what you want whether it’s a car loan or other personal loans as well. He has best interest in heart for you. Please go to the Boynton Beach branch and ask for Jose Abreu and you will be so happy that you did!

Daliyah Scruggs1Good bank but no ATMS? This bank should not open at 10 am they need to have regular banking hours like every other bank (9am-6pm), and they need to invest in ATMS. You should not have to come to the bank that’s very far to get money off your card. And they should at least have an ATM at the bank we shouldn’t have to sit in long lines (6-10 cars) to get money out of our accounts some of us wouldn’t mind getting out of the car and using an ATM. INVEST IN ATMS. It’s not ok.

Claire Zelenka (T-Kle)1Oh boy I've never been to a banking center with zero lobby leader. We checked in on the computer and waited over 30 minutes. No one greeted us, no acknowledgment. Finally i sent my husband to one of the teller to see how long is the wait... her answer no idea, we will be seen when we are seen. I looked to my right and there was 2 bankers seating down with customers; one of the banker was on the phone and i could hear her whole conversation... privacy hello?!! As a banker my job have drilled the importance of privacy to us. At this point i want to run out of this place.

KHK5I utilize this credit union branch for reciprocal services for my credit union & I always find the staff to be very friendly & helpful. Service is prompt & there is rarely ever a wait. I appreciate being able to access my credit union account via Guardians Credit Union.

S Lima1If you are trying to open a business account in this branch don't even bother, they try to make it impossible to do it. I went there three times and there was always something missing, I even called ahead to make sure I had everything I needed in order to open an account and there was still missing paperwork, the lady that saw me even said that it was a huge liability risk for them to open business accounts. Really? Then say you don't offer this type of account, don't make people waste there time going after paperwork. I just left the branch and I am a fan of credit unions, I'm a member of Space Cost and very happy with them the only problem they are way to far from my current address. I wanted to find a closer option but I guess Guardian is not the right one. Guardian, please traine your stuff to give the right information onsite and over the phone and if you are not willing to provide business services then don't do it.

Murielle Volcy5I'm a new client of credit Union and I am glad I switch to Guardian Credit Union. Lorena Martinez is a wonderful worker. As I sat in the lobby waiting to see her and I realized that every one that worked in the place knew her and was Glad that she was there. Apperently she worked at a different location ,but was at the Boynton location temporarily. Lorena Martinez is a people person she makes everyone feels welcome . Even tough she was the only one working that day and it was a long wait. I sat there for 2 hours and wait just because of the way she talk to everyone that was there and ask for our patience. I watch her walking on heels going back and forth to the fax machine and each time she did so with a smile on her face. I met her for the first time that day and I can honestly say that she's a great person with a heart of gold. I'm glad I join Guardian Credit Union.

Jose Abreu is spectacular and knows what he's doing, he let me know what paper work I needed to have so when I arrived at the bank, everything was smoother sailing. Jonathan Magana5Jose Abreu is the prime example of what anyone is looking for when it comes to customer service. His assitance with me was superb. He assisted me with acquiring a loan and made the process very informative and surpasssed all my expectations. After sitting down with me and explaining my credit, I felt as though I had become an expert in credit management. He went the extra mile to help me acquire the loan and the rate I was looking for. jomar gonzalez1A guy named Jose Abreu had helped me a couple months back to refinance my interest rate and did his job, but after that I would call his phone for questions and concerns about things that’s been happening in my account and even email him and he would never get back to me I felt as he only helped me for a good review because after he was done assisting me he literally asked me if I can do him that favor and give him a good review so he can move up in the company. I didn’t find that an issue at all, I’m a person that likes to help people of course but when I feel like I help you with something then get ignored after it has to be brought up to attention so to all future customers please be alert.
