  I first met Deborah while I was looking for a property to rent in the Philadelphia area. Deborah was super nice and professional during our conversations prior to meeting at the property. Once we finally met at the property, Deborah was gracious enough to give us all the details (good and bad) about the property, let us take our time exploring the property, and just being an all around easy person to interact with. Though I wind up not moving forward with that property, my interaction with Deborah left a positive impression on me and when she emailed about other real estate opportunities I was quick to follow up with her. Awesome person all around, highly recommend her services to all!

  I will start out with the fact that Deborah was AWESOME to work with!!! As an "Out of State Buyer" she provided us with all the information that made a state to state transition quick and easy. Provided all the necessary references and insight on the do's and dont's to this lovely process of purchasing our home. Always available to answer our questions, or was very quick to obtain an answer. One of the only agents in my experiences that made me feel like she worked for me and not for the sale. She gave me tips on what I should look for with my budget and help me narrow down the choices to what is now my new home. I would highly recommend her services.   Deborah made the process much smoother she has such a calming spirit when you are nervous and also very knowledgeable .Every question or concern I had was answered.
