Terrance5I just had to take the time out of my day to give a big thank you to Osvandy, Also give him a huge compliment. This young man is incredible at what he does as a salesman. Very helpful and knows what customers need. Friendly and also kind. Made me feel very comfortable on wanting to purchase a vehicle. I honestly think that this man deserves a promotion by just seeing his work ethic. I have been to plenty of dealerships But never met a man that is so skillful at what he does for a living. Osvandy is the guy to go to if your looking for any type of vehicle. I strongly recommend him. He is a professional This location is the best in the state deserves a five star rating. Once again Osvandy you are the best & thank you for your help!

Thomas Wong1worst experience having coming here for years for service. Waited 6 and a half hours and spent a lot of money already trying to solve an issue with my alarm not activating just to get the car back without the issue fixed. Aggravating, and unprofessional for them to not even check what they were here to fix.

J R1Really don’t like this place. I really don’t like the customer service, how they try to upsell you on everything. I declined everything. Very unprofessional attitudes. Will not return, my local mechanic is half the price and ten times as knowledgeable. They are also quite slow for basic things like oil change. Things that should take 15 mins take 90 mins here. The staff are always joking around with each other and is not professional at all. Also, they had a special oil change price on their website that I signed up for (Honda dealers usually have best price on synthetic- only reason to go). When I first got there, I tested the employee to gauge his honesty and see what he would say. He didn’t say anything. I had to tell him about it. He didn’t even know what price to put. Right then and there I knew he was a sleeze and they’re just in it for cash. They lost all credibility at that precise moment. Typical car salesman. That’s why they have a bad image in in the public eye. Lousy service center.

Sean Yu1I’m not going to publicly accuse them of anything but I’m going to share my experience. You, potential customer, decide what to think about it. I want to start this review by saying that the sales department and the rep who sold me the car are superb. It’s no surprise that this is one of the highest volume Honda dealerships in the nation. If you’re looking to purchase a Honda, I’d recommend this place for that. Now let’s talk about their service department. No matter what time you schedule your simple oil change, it will take anywhere from 1 hour to 3 hours. Keep in mind that this is a SCHEDULED oil change. But I still brought my lease to this service department because I thought I could trust them over the other independent mechanics at xyz shops. My 2016 civic has had problems with AC since the day I purchased it. I was not surprised to find the AC unit not working again once the weather got warmer this spring. Other than the AC blowing warm air, there was nothing else functionally wrong with the car. In fact, I drove it for 3 weeks without any issues although I had to keep the windows down. After waiting around 4 hours at the shop (waiting area is surprisingly nice and clean, with comfortable chairs), my service advisor calls me over to let me know that I need to make repairs totaling $1136. Wait, excuse me? What? On a civic lease less than 2 years old, you need to do a repair costing over a grand for AC issues?! I request to speak to the service department manager, and he shows me pictures of a very unnatural looking hole on the condenser and says that there’s also a hole in the radiator from what they assume is a rock at highway speeds. He claims that a rock at high speeds went through not just the condenser, but also the radiator behind it, and that I need both replaced or the vehicle will overheat. I say that the vehicle drove perfectly fine for the past 3 weeks and the only issue was the AC, and that I don’t currently have $1136 to throw around. He tells me that if I continue to drive this car in it’s current state, it will overheat and I’ll have to pay for a new engine if it were to get damaged. Since the car’s been driving fine, I refuse repairs to seek a second opinion. I take the car home. The very next day, after driving the car for 10 minutes, the car overheats and I’m forced to pull over to the side before any damage is done. A car that’s been fine even on long distance trips is overheating the very next day after I refused repairs at the dealership service department. I take it to a mechanic I know and get it repaired for less than what the dealership service quoted me, and the car runs perfectly fine. I did have to replace both the condenser and the radiator. When I asked the mechanic if I got hosed at the dealership service he told me things like this can indeed happen, but the hole did look very unnatural as if a long object like a stick poked at it. Look, something could’ve definitely put holes through both the condenser and radiator at highway speeds. I’m not making any accusations. However, the car drove fine for 3 weeks (with no AC) before taking it to the dealership and it overheat the very next day after I refused repairs. Those are facts. Needless to say, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere and absolutely cannot wait to return this civic lease in 2019. My family actually owns a 2013 CRV which has been fantastic (also purchased at this dealership), but we will all be moving away from Honda. The 2019 Toyota RAV4 looks even better now...

Edward Rodriguez1I brought in my 2010 Honda Odyssey for a recall with the fuel pump and it was a total fail. I should’ve left it how it was where it wasn’t causing me any trouble. They did a fuel pump work...3 days later the van shut off on me the highway and I was convinced it was something wrong with the work they did. Called service advisor and got me a tow truck...While waiting on the diagnosis of the issue assuming it’s from the fuel work they did on it,,,they come back and tell me I had a bad spool valve leak onto the alternator causing my battery to die, all just 2100 to repair. just an FYI, just 70k miles on the car..I’ve never had an issue with this car especially leaks of any kind...Long story short, I had to pay for the tow to Honda, Payed tow to get it out of Honda to my local mechanic ($250 total). In addition, since they said I needed a battery and everything else I ‘apparently’ needed, I went and bought the parts from them to have my mechanic do it. ($300 in a battery and Spool Valve) My mechanic did a full fuel pressure diagnosis, and guess what...I actually didn’t need an alternator or a battery or a spool valve. Apparently the van had no gas, hence why it wasn’t turning on, (FYI I had a quarter tank on the fuel gauge). Yet, they wanted to replace over $2k on repairs to the car that I didn’t need to begin with. To conclude, I spent money On parts I didn’t need at all. Spent on tow trucks back and forth....Useless visit to this place seriously..Called service advisor and he couldn’t give me a solid explanation. Apologies don’t resolve anything. And Please no reply on this from Honda apologizing again, it’s pointless! Be honest with people! Thanks

Roman Onik3Had an appointment for oil change on a weekday and it took almost 3 hours. On top of that, they forgot to reset the oil light. On the plus side, service was good, and there are many varieties of complimentary coffee drinks available while you wait.

Jose Rafael1Poor customer service!! Sold my car there and its beeen almost 4 week, they havent paid the pay out of the car to VW. Nobody answers their phone, they are always "busy with a customer". They also messed up my credit. Really annoyed by this dealer.

Beth Epstein4Though the wait time is usually long (which is expected on a Saturday morning), they are thorough, explain everything in layman's terms and are extremely accommodating. If you have other errands to run during service, they have a shuttle. The waiting room is very comfortable - snacks, drinks, tv, plenty of seating, muffins, tea, coffee and wifi.
