  Michael and his team were great to work with. From application to closing day everything went smoothly. They were in constant communication from texts to emails making sure the process went without any problems. I had some questions which were answered immediately and they always made me feel at ease after corresponding with me. Michael said we would close on a specific date( I thought there was no way it would get done this fast) and we closed a day earlier. I highly recommend anyone who needs a mortgage to get in touch with Michael and his team at Guarenteed Rate. You will be glad that you did!!

  I am so glad that I made the decision to work with Michael in my home closing. Not only was he responsive, he took the time to answer all questions I had about the home closing process, while also offering his invaluable expertise on the housing market. I intentionally made the decision to go with Michael because I knew he would be one factor that I would not have to worry about in the home closing process.   Michael and his team were so proficient in processing my husbands VA Renovation Home Loan.
